We’re a small, family-run brand and many of our pieces are made in small batches. Our goal is simple: get your order to you as quickly and smoothly as possible, with clear updates along the way.
1. Shipping & Delivery Options
Domestic Shipping (US)
- Standard 0–1 lb (estimated 3–4 business days): $6.90
- Standard 1–5 lb (estimated 3–4 business days): $9.90
Local Delivery
- Local Delivery (estimated 3–5 days): $10
- Local Delivery (estimated 1–2 days): $20
Local Pickup
Free Local Pickup is available at checkout. You’ll receive pickup instructions when your order is ready.
Please note: Shipping time estimates are provided by the carrier and begin after your order is processed.
2. Processing Time
Orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays). Once your order has been handed to the delivery carrier, you’ll receive an email with your tracking number.
During high-volume periods (new drops, holidays, and events), processing may take a little longer. If anything changes, we’ll keep you posted.
3. Cancellations & Order Changes
After an order is submitted, processing begins quickly and we may not be able to cancel or edit it. If you need help, reach out right away and we’ll do our best.

4. Returns & Exchanges

Quick note: We do not offer traditional refunds. Eligible items may be exchanged or returned for store credit based on our policy.
5. Delayed Orders
If there’s a delay on our side (processing takes longer than expected), we’ll reach out with an update. In cases of significant processing delays, you may have the option to cancel for a full refund before the order ships.
Once a package is in the carrier’s hands, transit delays are controlled by the shipping provider. If your tracking hasn’t updated or your package looks stuck, we recommend contacting the carrier first. If you need help, message us and we’ll gladly assist.
6. Lost or Damaged Packages
Once a package is handed to the shipping carrier, the carrier is responsible for delivery. That said, if your order arrives damaged or something looks off, don’t stress — reach out and we’ll help you through the next steps.
If your order arrives damaged
- Take photos of the item and the packaging.
- Email us your order number and photos at sohobohemianstore@gmail.com.
- We’ll help you file a claim with the shipping provider when applicable.
Heads up: We cannot guarantee carrier outcomes for lost or stolen packages, but we will always do our best to help you resolve it quickly.
7. Shipping Restrictions
- Orders cannot be shipped to P.O. boxes.
- The TSA (Transportation Security Administration) has restrictions on what can be shipped via air transportation in the US.
