Thanks for shopping with us! We’re a small, family-run brand and many of our pieces are made in small batches or by hand. We’re not able to offer traditional refunds, but we do offer exchanges and store credit in a way that’s fair and simple.
Exchange / Store Credit Window
We accept exchanges or store credit requests within 14 days of delivery.
To be eligible
- Item must be unworn and unwashed
- Item must be free of odors, stains, deodorant marks, makeup, or pet hair
- Original tags must still be attached
- Item must be returned in original condition
Return shipping: customers are responsible for return shipping unless we made a mistake or your item arrived damaged.
Bikinis
For hygiene reasons, bikinis are eligible for size exchange only within 14 days of delivery. We’re unable to offer store credit or exchanges on bikinis if they show signs of wear.

Crochet Pieces
Our crochet pieces are handmade and can take many hours to create. Because of this, crochet pieces are eligible for exchange or store credit only within 14 days of delivery.
Jewelry
Jewelry is final sale unless it arrives damaged or defective.
Final Sale Items
The following items are final sale and not eligible for returns or exchanges:
- Sale or discounted items
- Gift cards
- Jewelry (unless damaged or defective on arrival)
Quality Issues / Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 3 days of delivery and we’ll make it right.
